So simple to purchase. It comes as a PDF document (1.4mb and 11pages) that can be instantly downloaded and the idea is that you print it yourself. I like to use either some card (just make sure that it fits through your printer) or my absolute favourite thing to do is to purchase some A4 'sticker printer paper' (I found mine on amazon)

This was you can print the entire document onto the sticker paper, cut out each design and then stick them straight onto the card stock of your choice. 

Also....yep, you've guessed it...... this means that you can create your own stickers to use in your journal, planner or diary! Perfect for pulling a card each day and sticking it in your journal to use as a journaling prompt and keep track of your daily insights!!!
